The astrological sign Capricorn is associated with the constellation Capricornus. Represented by a goat with a fish tail, it forms the Earth Triplicity with Taurus and Virgo. The origin of this symbol goes back to the myth of Pan, the god of Nature, who tried to escape from Typhon and ended up drowning when he couldn't completely transform himself into a fish.
