Biography

A biography is a text that tells the life story of a person, usually written by someone else.

It includes information such as:

date and place of birth;

important events in the person’s life;

achievements and contributions.

It usually follows a chronological order, from birth to important moments in the person’s life.

Diary

A diary is a personal record in which someone writes about daily events, feelings, or reflections.

Characteristics:

personal and informal language;

writing in the first person;

record of dates or specific moments.

It allows the expression of emotions, experiences, and thoughts.
