American Staffordshire Terrier
American Staffordshire Terrier, originally from the United States, has an average weight of between 18-23kg, living for 12 to 16 years. Initially used to deal with large animals, such as bulls, and later in fights, its genetic origin was derived from a mix between bulldogs and terriers. Despite his imposing appearance, he is known for his affectionate and loyal personality. With varied colors, its temperament is characterized by love, intelligence and energy. Although it gets along well with children, it can be cautious around other animals due to its fighting history. It doesn't bark often, but it needs regular exercise to avoid destructive behavior. It requires specific care, such as regular brushing, daily physical activity and attention to health, especially in relation to the hips, skin and heart.
