The Manx
The Manx Cat is a distinctive breed characterized by lacking a tail or having a very short tail. The lack of tail in Manx is the result of a natural genetic mutation. It has a short, dense coat, in a variety of colors and patterns. Originally from the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea. Their exact origin is uncertain, but they have an ancient history, possibly dating back centuries. They are known for being affectionate, intelligent and loyal to their owners. They require minimal grooming and are generally healthy, although they may be predisposed to certain conditions due to their lack of a tail, such as spinal and urinary problems.
