Work in the textile industry involves several stages, such as spinning, weaving, knitting, finishing and manufacturing. These processes allow the creation of pieces for clothing, decoration (rugs, curtains) and technical products, such as seat belts. The textile technician professional finds a broad market, working in several segments, due to the complexity of the production chain.
Despite international competition, mainly from China, the Brazilian textile sector maintains relevance and opportunities, driven by innovation and tradition. The profession of Textile Technician is regulated by Law No. 5.692/71, which guarantees its value in the market.
