Time doesn't stop! Cazuza – the poet lives!

Campa Verde e Branco has announced its theme for Carnival 2025, which will be a tribute to the singer and poet Cazuza. With the title Time doesn't stop! Cazuza – the poet lives!, the parade will feature a musical autobiography of the artist, highlighting his career, legacy and the power of his songs.
The theme will be written by carnival artist Cahê Rodrigues, who will make his debut with the school this Carnival. Cahê, known for his stints at major schools such as Acadêmicos do Grande Rio, Portela and Imperatriz Leopoldinense, promises an exciting parade, full of references to the work and personality of Cazuza, who marked generations with his music and poetry.
With this choice, Camisa Verde e Branco aims to bring to the Anhembi Sambadrome a great celebration of the artist's legacy, highlighting his intense lyrics and his contribution to Brazilian music. The theme promises to move the audience and leave its mark on the parade.

Today, Filhos de Gandhy is recognized as the largest afoxé in the world by the Guinness Book and a cultural heritage of Bahia.
In the parade, Colorado promises to unite tradition, luxury and emotion, exalting the strength of Afro-Brazilian rhythms and taking a message of spirituality and resistance to the avenue. The expectation is for a show marked by colors, percussion and representation, extolling Afro culture on the biggest stage of samba.
