March 9 is DJ Day. The date was created in 2002 by the World DJ Fund organization in partnership with the Nordoff Robbins charity, which uses music therapy to help people with physical and emotional difficulties.
The goal of International DJ Day is not only to celebrate the work of DJs around the world, but also to promote solidarity, encouraging fundraising for charitable causes. During this date, many DJs and clubs hold events and donate part of their profits to charities.
