Lurdes, Vitória and Thelma are three women who have stories and distinct social realities, however, they share the same challenge of being mothers. Lurdes is a woman with a strong and humble spirit who lives with her family in Malaquitas, a fictional town in the backlands of Rio Grande do Norte.
