The "Game of Life" simulates the journey of life, from starting a family to retirement. It was first released in 1860 by Milton Bradley and has become one of the most popular board games across the world. The object of the game is to accumulate as much money and happiness points as possible throughout the stages of life represented on the board. Players start out as young adults and make decisions about career, marriage, children, investments and other aspects of life. The board is divided into different spaces that represent events and decisions that players face. There is a number wheel in the center of the board that determines the players' actions. By spinning the wheel, players advance across the board and make decisions based on what they find along the way.
