Rebel Without a Cause is a 1955 English drama film directed by Nicholas Ray. Jim Stark (James Dean) is a young troublemaker and, because of him, his parents move from one city to another, until they settle in Los Angeles. One day he is arrested for drunkenness and disorder and, in the police station, he meets Judy (Natalie Wood), a young woman angry with her father who called her a filthy tramp for having made up and John Crawford (Sal Mineo), better known as Plato. , who shot some dogs. After being released, he tries to approach Judy, but creates a disagreement with Judy's boyfriend named Buzz (Corey Allen), who is the leader of a high school gang.
