November 30th is Evangelical
November 30th is Evangelical Day in Brazil. The date was established by Law No. 10,335 of 2001, with the aim of recognizing the importance of the contribution of evangelicals to the cultural and social formation of the country. The choice of November 30th refers to the feast of Saint Andrew, considered the patron saint of evangelicals, and is an opportunity for Christian communities to celebrate their faith, promote religious events, meetings and social actions. Many churches organize special services, praise concerts and activities focused on evangelization and solidarity. In addition to being a time of religious celebration, Evangelical Day is also an occasion to reflect on Christian values, unity among denominations and the role of the church in society, emphasizing the importance of peace, justice and solidarity among people.
