The São Paulo native won 1st place in three stages (Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast, Oi Rio Pro and Moche Rip Curl Pro Portugal), won a historic 4th final position and entered the hall of the best surfers today. 2018 was a very good year for Filipinho. Toledo secured two big wins in the Oi Pro Rio and Corona Open J-Bay stages, he finished the World Tour in 3rd place, his best position up to that moment.
