World Gratitude
World Gratitude Day began in Hawaii in 1965, when a group met to discuss creating a day dedicated to the formal expression of gratitude. The following year, on September 21 , the practice was repeated and gained more followers globally. This date reminds us of the importance of appreciating the positive aspects of life. It encourages people to thank everyone who is part of their lives, reflecting on the good things and promoting well-being and happiness. To celebrate, send messages of thanks to family and friends and show gratitude to everyone around you, contributing to the joy of others and your own.
