The Balinese
The Balinese cat is a breed of cat that emerged in the USA as a mutation of the Siamese. It is known for its long, silky fur, slender body, and intense blue eyes. The Balinese are affectionate, intelligent, sociable and quite vocal. They are active and playful, getting along well with other animals and children. Despite their long coat, they require little maintenance, with weekly brushing being sufficient. As descendants of the Siamese, the Balinese can be prone to some of the same genetic conditions, such as dental problems and heart disease. These cats form strong bonds with their owners and may follow people around the house, always wanting to be in the middle of the action.
