Adventure in the Red Sea!

After many plagues, Pharaoh finally let the Israelites leave Egypt! They marched like an army, guided by God: during the day, a pillar of cloud; at night, a pillar of fire!
But Pharaoh changed his mind and chased after them with an army of horses and chariots! When the Israelites saw them, they were terrified! But God was with them. He placed the pillar of fire between the Egyptians and the people to protect them!
Then, God told Moses to raise his staff. A strong wind blew and… the sea opened in two! The Israelites crossed with walls of water on both sides!
The Egyptians tried to follow, but the wheels of their chariots got stuck—it was total confusion! When Moses raised his staff again, the sea closed and the Egyptians were swallowed by the water. The people were amazed by God’s power and sang a beautiful song of praise!
